- Gilbane Young Professionals
GYP is a network of peers who provide support, personal connection and encouragement for new hires and recent college graduates.
- Advance
The mission of Advance is to support leadership development and networking opportunities for women within Gilbane by offering career opportunities and programs such as mentoring and forums; creating networking opportunities; and advising on policies concerning women's interests.
- Diversity Councils
We have created both national and regional diversity councils that operate on a national scale. These groups meet on a regular basis to share ideas, successes and challenges that affect our ultimate goal of acceptance and respect among all individuals.
