Gilbane’s Central Region, based in Columbus, Ohio with district offices in Cleveland and Indianapolis, covers a five-state area that includes Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Indiana, and Tennessee. Premier clients include The Ohio State University, Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, KeyBank, Indianapolis Public Schools, Ohio School Facilities Commission, LimitedBrands, Battelle Memorial Institute, and Covance Laboratories. Currently, the region has more than 140 full-time employees and completes nearly $300 million annually.

Gilbane employees are active in the communities in which they live through personal involvement in organization such as the American Heart Association, Providence House, Rebuilding Together, Komen for the Cure, and Boy Scouts of America. Gilbane is an active partner in industry specific organizations throughout the region such as the ACE Mentor Program, Builders Exchange of Central Ohio, Metro Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety, Society for Marketing Professional Services, and the National Association of Women in Construction.
