Our Mid-Atlantic Region has expanded operations with a new DC/Northern Virginia Area office. With its prime location in Arlington, our new office is central to both the Northern Virginia and District of Columbia markets.
We've been managing construction assignments in Northern Virginia for more than 30 years. Notable clients include: Northern Virginia Community College (Alexandria & Springfield campuses), American Type Culture Collection, Center for Innovative Technology (CIT), Foreign Affairs Training Center, Louise Obici Memorial Hospital, and TRW Headquarters. We’ve also recently began work on the Physical Education Building Expansion project on the George Mason University campus.
Gilbane is a corporate member of the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, the National Capitol Chapters of ABC, CMAA, and AGC of DC. Further, we are involved with the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the business advisory committee to GSA and the Corps of Engineers for BRAC, and the DC metro area’s chapter of the ACE Mentoring program. We have recently joined the Northern Virginia Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
