Gilbane's regional office is conveniently located in Laurel, Maryland, between the Baltimore and Washington,
DC, metropolitan areas. Laurel is Gilbane's base of operations for all project-management activities
in the Mid-Atlantic region, and has been for more than 30 years.
As a full-service construction operation, the Laurel office provides pre-construction services, construction management,
project management and program management, transition planning & management and building
activation services. We provide in-house all services via a staff of seasoned executives,
managers, engineers, architects, estimators, schedulers, quality control and safety inspectors,
and other project-support professionals.
