Gilbane's Midwest Regional office has been providing construction management services since 1978. The Chicago and Milwaukee offices have grown over the years to include more than 250 professionals serving a diverse group of clients that include healthcare, higher education, K-12, corporate, mission critical, government and municipalities, housing, and mixed-use. The Midwest Regional Office has completed many notable projects such as O’Hare International Airport Terminal 5, Potawatomi Bingo Casino, Illinois Institute of Technology McCormick Tribune Campus Center, Medical College of Wisconsin/Children's Research Institute's Translational and Biomedical Research Center, University of Michigan Biomedical Science Research Building and Discovery World at Pier Wisconsin.
